Leading Ladies is a 501c3 Nonprofit mentoring organization with a mission to provide positive experiences and academic support. Our four core program areas are Character and Leadership Development, Education and Career Development, Life Skills and Financial Empowerment, and Enrichment and Community Service Experiences.

Leading Ladies' mission is to empower young women by providing mentoring and educational opportunities that promote character and leadership development, education and career development, life skills and financial empowerment, and enrichment and community service experiences.
